Studio Booking

  • Bookings are made on a first come, first serve basis.

  • Minimum Booking of 2 hours is required

  • Rental time begins and ends promptly regardless if the hirer is late.

  • The rental time includes set-up, test shots, hair and makeup and cleaning. The studio has to be left in it’s original state at the end of the session.

  • Extension of your booking time is subject to availability.

  • Overtime will be calculated hourly beyond booking end-time of rental period when the Hirer is still at the studio.

  • Full payment applies even if the booking session ends earlier than the allocated booking slot.

Payment Terms

  • A booking is only confirmed upon full payment along with a refundable security deposit of $150 per session.

  • We accept payment via PayNow (+65 83111818)

  • Fees for additional time that was not billed during the initial booking will be due at the end of the rental period.

Rescheduling and Cancelations

  • 100% of the rental fee will be forfeited for cancelations made less than 48 hours before the Hirer’s reservation date.

  • 50% of the rental fee will be refunded if cancellations are made 3-5 days before the Hirer’s reservation date.

Studio Equipment

  • The Hirer is responsible for studio lightning setup and teardown.

  • Cyclorama wall will be in as-is condition. Please call for pricing for painting a fresh coat.

  • The studio / equipment should be used with care and respect. The hirer should not in any way modify or materially alter the studio / equipment.

  • In case of damage to the studio equipment, or missing items during rental. The Hirer shall be the point person in our billing for the cost of repair or replacement. These charges will include materials, labour and loss of revenue resulting from down time.

  • A $50 fee will be charged if backdrops are returned in excessively dirty conditions.

  • Hirer must keep studio, equipment and common areas clean and remove trash from the studio in the trash cans outside the premises. A minimum cleaning fee of $150 will be withheld from security deposit if the studio is not returned in its original clean condition for the next hirer.

  • Any items left behind / left uncollected will be disposed after 2 weeks.

Indemnity & Insurance

  • The Hirer shall indemnify and not hold Bedford Street Studios responsible for any liability, loss, cost, expense or damages to any person arising from the use of studio, equipment, props, services, substances, procedures, and/or operations in or about the studio in relation to the use of the studio.

  • The Hirer shall maintain, at his or her expense, worker’s compensation insurance, public liability and property damage insurance, insuring against all liability of the Hirer for the use of the studio and equipment.

Studio Protocols

  • Authorized access only. Please do not give access to anyone else who is not involved in the shoot.

  • Turn off the lights and air conditioning when leaving the studio.

  • No alcohol

  • No Smoking

  • No pornography: no photography / videography of explicit sexual acts are permitted.

  • Hirer is solely responsible for verifying that all photographic subjects are of legal age. Bedford Street Studios has no responsibility to determine or verify the age of participants in the Hirer’s activities but reserves the right to demand proof of parental consent if models or photographic subjects are under the age of 18 and to end those activities if Bedford Street Studios becomes aware that legal age violations are occurring.

Usage of Behind The Scenes Photos / Videos

  • Bedford Street Studios may use behind-the-scenes photos / videos taken during your booking for portfolio and marketing purposes.

  • After confirming the reservation, the Hirer has agreed to the terms and conditions stated above. Therefore, Bedford Street Studios has the right to execute the stated rules and imply penalties accordingly.
